Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent. The counter-notification must include the following:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  2. Your contact information including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  3. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you are outside of the United States, the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where your service provider is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action against you within ten business days, we will restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringers

SALMATIMES.COM will terminate user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
